(part 2 of power of belief)
The human history made up of two things.. 1. The incidents which broke the limiting beliefs (challenging the reality) 2. Making stretching beliefs (moving towards the possibility)… for example..
--- "Running 1 mile in 4 minutes” was an impossible act till 1954.. That was a limiting belief of sports field, but Roger Bannister broke the belief and made a history.
---- “Reaching the top of the Everest” was an impossible task till 1953.. That was a limiting belief in mountaineering, but Edmund Hillary broke it.
---- “Flying machine heavier than air” was an impossible thing till 1903. But Wright brothers did not like to compromise with the limiting belief.
So never compromise with your limiting belief and the reality.. More examples for stretching beliefs which created history..
1. American president John F Kennedy had a stretching belief in human walk on the moon.. That belief led the human race from reality to possibility
2. In 1963 great orator and leader of America, Martin Luther king Jr. had a stretching belief on the freedom and growth of the black in America. That belief created the history through the first African American president Barack Obama..
So challenge your limiting beliefs and make new stretching beliefs, you can create a history.
(Rubber band and humans are same.. because "without stretching" both are useless)
Part 3- how to make a new belief… in next days
